Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unaltered — The item must not have been used, worn, or modified in any way
  • Original packaging — The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Quality-related issues only — Returns are accepted when the product exhibits quality-related issues (manufacturing defects, damage upon arrival, or other product quality concerns)

Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging or components

Free Returns
We offer free returns for eligible items. No restocking fees apply. If you need to return a qualifying item, please contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@youngliviing.it.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (including photos of any quality issues)
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the return label
  5. Drop off the package at the designated carrier‘s location

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. Upon approval:

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase)
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank statement or payment account after we process it

Note: Different payment providers and financial institutions have varying processing times. We have no control over how quickly your bank or PayPal reflects the refund.

Refund Notification
You will receive an email confirmation once:

  • We have received your returned package
  • Your return has been inspected and approved
  • Your refund has been processed

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our processing date:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again
  • Contact your credit card company or PayPal — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@youngliviing.it.com

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a quality issue, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
